So I realise I'm probably late to the party but, This cover is really ugly. To the point I don't want it on my game shelf. The red is really overbearing and takes away from the awesome artwork. I was going to buy this but honestly I am rethinking it because of this horrible box art.

Man, I loved 10 OUT OF 10. It was my favorite video game from last year. I gave it one batman.

A great looking box art (which is what is under all that shit) sells a game better than all those quotes that everyone knows is bullshit. At retail I've had people ask about a game because they saw the cover and got interested, no one ever asked about a game because of the quote.

If I was the artist I would be so pissed.

I thinks it's crazy to not buy a great game because of it's box art. Megaman would have died a long time ago.

I know this sounds crazy to all of you, but I can't decide if I dislike or not. It's got that "The Social Network" style with a coherent colour scheme that I like. Then I look at it again and I hate the advertisements for game content on the front cover and all the compulsory logos on the bottom.

I think is the pay off for having all that DLC I just played the demo they release on PSN , the wait was worth it soo want to play Arkham City.

That's the price you pay, man. The Uncharted 2 GOTY cover was almost as bad, but it cost a fraction of the price and came with almost $50 worth of DLC.

So if anyone is going to buy this version you should nab it at WalMart. WalMart copies have a pack in code for Gotham city imposters.

It makes Batman look so badass, and that's why I love the box art. I probably could have done with all the quotes that praise the game, though.

It needs a Zodiac_MF quote. Actually, I'd love to see box art for any game with a Zodiac_MF quote on it.

@NickLott: I actually printed out the original cover and inserted it over that. I cannot stand "Best Of" and "Durfhurdur Collection" box art in general but that was one of the most pointless.

At least it isnt Blue and Orange, nor is it a guy with a gun.
