So who's getting there copy tonight!? My best buy emailed that my order is available for pickup tomorrow and I called my Best Buy and they said they are open for a midnight release! Let the countdown beginnnnn....! :)

Who's getting their copy? Did anyone get their copies today or earlier?

I still don't know which console version I should go for. It will probably be the 360, unless the PS3 version turns out to be the better version. Anyone seen any comparisons?

Has the EU release date changed? Amazon are now showing 21st.

Oh and no, not doing midnight release. Although it is tempting.

My fucking back catalogue is so backed up. I'll be lucky If i open my launch copy by December.

No midnight launches in Ottawa. Will be picking it up my Collector's Edition Tuesday after Class.

I don't go to midnight releases. I don't stay up super late so getting a game at midnight only to come home and sleep seems pointless. I'll just wait until the store opens and then pick it up.

That's true, but if you plan ahead and make sure you have your schedule freed up...its worth going to! I'm hoping to beat the game...and then clean up any trophies and other stuff afterwards :)

I'm picking up my CE tonight. I wasn't going to but a couple friends are going so I figured what the hell.

I have work early, so no midnight. I will be getting my copy from Amazon tomorrow, though. Hopefully it'll be here by the time I get home!

No, but I plan on obtaining my purchase tonight, somewhere in or around the area of Midnight. It'll be the first Midnight Release I will have gotten since a loooong time.
 
When I got my Arkham Asylum at midnight, I was like number 2 on the leaderboards for The Joker for at least a month. But then I stopped for a while and, oh well. I'm sure all of this knowledge of the combat system is going to come in very handy for the challenge maps.

Yeah, ever since I discovered Amazon's release date shipping, midnight launches have just seemed so silly. I don't really mind getting some sleep that night and then just getting my copy later the next day. Not to mention the whole going-to-a-store part... Oh, and waiting in a long-ass line with a bunch of "hardcore gamers" who just love making it known how hardcore of a gamer they are.

Midnight release happens while I'm still working but I'm going to head out anyway and hope nothing falls apart while I'm out.  Although, just by saying that, I know I've jinxed myself.

Oddly enough, the Best Buy at which I pre-ordered the game isn't having a midnight release. That's alright; I have to get up early for work anyway. That would've been cool to have gotten a t-shirt or a poster or something, though.

I dont need to, ordered with shopto.net, they usually deliver a day before release anyway

But i noticed the EU release is later than the US :p
