David Warner was an English character actor, known for playing villainous characters. Giant Bombers know him best as Sark in Tron. Warner also played numerous roles in Star Trek, such as Gul Madred, St. John Talbot and Chancellor Gorkan, a role which he later reprised in FMV sequences filmed for Klingon Academy.
Warner got his start in theatre acting and roles in BBC series, Warner became a horror legend after starting as the doomed photographer Keith Jennings, whose death scene became a seminal horror moment. His other screen credits include The Man With Two Brains, The Ballad of Cable Hogue, Straw Dogs, Star Trek V, Titanic, Scream 2, The League Of Gentlemen’s Apocalypse and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2.
Warner became a proloific voice actor in many animated shows. His most high profile role being the voice of Ra’ al Ghul in the Batman: Animated series. He has also voiced characters for shows such as Freakazoid, Gargoyles, Men In Black: The Animated Series, Batman Beyond and more.
He credits in videogame voice overs include Baldur’s Gate II, Privateer 2: The Darkening and the original Fallout.
