    History

    Dice Co. Ltd. was founded in May 1990 at the request of former HAL Laboratory president and current Nintendo president Satoru Iwata to aid HAL with the development of video games. Midway through the early 00's, Dice Co. ceased development of games for the dedicated gaming consoles and handhelds and shifted their focus to mobile phone, smartphone and PC-browser games.
