The Dreamcast is the fifth and final console developed by Sega and the first of the sixth-generation of consoles to release. As the first 128-bit system, it was the first to offer truly arcade-quality 3D graphics. It is famous for being the first console to include worldwide online capability, its game library, and its unexpectedly short life span.
Not an exclusive, but the Legacy of Kain series would be pretty sweet, especially the 2 Soul Reaver games. Played the first on the Dreamcast and the second, after it was cancelled for the dreamcast, was the reason i got a PS2.
Others have been released already. I would just love to get NFL 2K back with the announcing team of Dan Stevens and Peter O'Keefe.
And Shenmue. Apparently that is done but not released yet. Maybe never :(
Hmmm. Sword of Berserk? No, I don't know. It was weird, a shitty game that was on Dreamcast that I know everyone that was around me wanted to play was Dynamite Cop, there's not much reason I needed to mention that, but whatever. Well, one game (that's also on the the original Playstation) that I'd love to see HD-ified, although I believe is going to have a reboot, which is fine as well, is Soul Reaver. I never beat it, and I hadn't played its sequel, but I did love what I had played of it, and the music is mostly fantastic.
This may sound weird and I have to re-check this, but another HD version of REZ. Yes there's already one but when comparing sounds, the new sounds in REZ are off-pitch in a really annoying way to me and do not properly mesh with the overall melody of the songs in the levels. I hope another version gets made with those sounds corrected.
Other than that have no clue really what I would want to get the HD treatment.
I do not understand why the Powerstone games are not on Xbox Live Arcade and PSN. Seriously.
I do understand why Seaman is not available, but that ought to change anyway. SEAMAN HD! None of this Nintendo 3DS stuff, I want him swimming around in my TV.
Where else are you going to get an exploding cage deathmatch? Not the WWE that's for damn sure. It doesn't even have to be a remake of D specifically. I just want a proper 2D high def Fire Pro game.
I'd love to see a Project Justice re-released (along with the first Rival Schools), considering that they've been slowly re-releasing some of their older catalog as of late (JoJo, MvC1 + X-Men vs. Capcom).

THIS! I LOVE my import copy of Fire Pro Wrestling D and am salivating at the thought of an online version of it with shareable CAWs.
Ugh, Zombie Revenge is a really horrible game though, have you played it lately? Honestly, it wasn't even good back in the day! The aforementioned Dynamite Cop was better
Though not really Dreamcast exclusives, but home to the superior ports, I'd love to see a HD remake of the original Bangai-O! and the Capcom vs SNK games
I would have to say none. I think nostalgia is blinding me to how flawed some of those games were from that era. A fine example is Sonic Adventure. I can't believe I ever thought any Sonic game was good.
