Site navigation buttons broken on mobile

I'm trying to click on the 3 horizontal lines in the upper left that bring up the site menu, and also the magnifying glass to bring up the search, and both of these buttons are unresponsive on my phone.

I'm using iOS 10.3.3, and this problem occurs in both Safari and Chrome.
