Rojas plays no role at all in the game. His name is mentioned once in the first act, and then later on you find his body (which, I should mention, looks like every other mangled body in the game). I think this page should be removed.
He's still a unique character in the game...just because he's only mentioned once doesn't mean he doesn't deserve his own page.... Bryce Dawkins, for example, plays a very minor rule in GTA IV and is never even shown but is still a unique character in the game.
