He's a Halo fanboy that got pissed when someone said they liked Half-Life 2 more so he got super pissed and decided to make this alternate account to prove a point but in fact is a childish prick who does not understand proper satire and that people have other opinions so he is worse than any fanboy. This thread is what brought him over board.

I however am loving Halo Reach. Mass Effect 2 is currently my favorite game this year. Uncharted 2 was my favorite game of last year. Why? Because its how I feel and is my own opinion.
Your perfectly allowed to not like these games and state your opinion, but do not insult me for liking them.
Now if you excuse me, I'm going to go play the Lair of the Shadow Broker DLC.
@IHaveTaste: The guy who wrote this Halo: Reach review...also happened to like Haunting Ground and Winback, so that says a lot to me about his capabilities as a reviewer: embarrassingly bad.
I've got a much longer comment I could leave about everything that is a problem with your topic as well as that review and website...but I decided to just keep it short, concise, and point out that you shouldn't have a guy who claims his favorite games to be stuff like Grim Fandango, HeroQuest, Shenmue II, ICO, Shadow of the Colossus, and Jagged Alliance 2 to do a review of Halo: Reach. That doesn't seem like very capable hands to put a shooting game into IMO.
Most sequals to game are just more of the game, its why people buy them, they liked the previous installments. If you dont like the originals, or are getting tired of the formula do not buy the new game. It is exactly why i wont be buying black ops, i suggest you do the same for reach.
there are some good points in that review that i agree with, but damn you come across as too much of a dick for anyone to take you seriously. jeff and ryan in the review and bombcast also brought up some of these points.
worth pointing out that the review you link basically said multiplayer was near perfect, almost all criticism had to do with the campaign.

Since I hated Halo 3 and really enjouyed the direction Bungie took with ODST on a conceptual level, I was willing to give you the benefit of the doubt. You're entitled to your opinion and I could very well see why someone wouldn't like Halo.
Then you mentioned Uncharted 2 and ME2 being overrated. And you only have 10 posts here. Did you just come from the Gametrailer's forums? Because that's the only place I've seen this level of vitriol and uninformed nonsense. Was ME2 worse than the first? For me, sure. Better characterisation came at the expense of varied mission objectives, actual exploration and the combat was kind of weak. Was it still an immensely enjoyable game? Certainly. Is Uncharted 2 a 7 out of 10? Forgedaboutit....

I hate (or am apathetic about) all the games you just listed that the reviewer liked. Does that mean that I am the perfect person to review Halo Reach?
