Irid

Irid is one of the main characters of Scarlet Shadow. She's a Keruby, but her true age is unknown. She's the one who recruited Lux to defeat the Ether Animus. For a good portion of the story she acts in the shadows, planning Lux's next moves, however she is later forced to intervene directly to avoid being captured by the Ether Animus. Her goal is also unknown.

As most of the Kerubies do, she uses an advanced form of magic, Rainbows and Color Manipulation, which is an advanced manipulation of light. She's also quite good with spears, and she combines her magic and her abilities in order to create lethal combos.

She's gentle and obliging with her friends or allies, to the point that Lux often reproaches her for her excessive maternal attitude. However, she's also resolute and stubborn in her decisions, in fact it's almost impossible to change her mind, and her resolution often falls into harshness toward her enemies.

Story

Before the events of Scarlet Shadow

Most of the events regarding Irid's past are unknown. The only thing the player knows is that she belongs to the race of Kerubies, and that she recruited Lux two years prior to the beginning of Scarlet Shadow.

She knows various powerful people like Luka, the guardian of the Multiverse. From a vision she has in the Soul's Temple, we also know that she is related to an obscure character.
