The James Bond: Q’s shooting range is where you‘re at MI6’s Q Division shooting gallery, where Q tests your marksman skills at those targets for your accuracy firefight situations. Once you completed more levels, Q let’s you escalate various weapons, from pistols, to machine guns and to rocket launchers to take out targets easily.
The tape recording let’s you listen to Q’s voice recording (voiced by Desmond Llewelyn, known for EON film’s Q) about the weapons you choose in order to complete your test before executing your real mission.
