Q, alias Major Boothroyd was a gadgeteer and a armourer who supplies Bond some gadgets for his missions. While Q tells Bond to return his gadgets in pristine order but Bond returned some and some of his gadgets are lost including his cars are destroyed so Bond must obey Q’s orders so he won’t screw with him.
