    Pretty awesome

Too many games nowadays are boring and derative in nature with boring mechanics. Well, Just Cause 2 stops that in eats tracks and spits on it. Just Cause 2 could have really sucked, but it surprised me with how good the visuals are, the game play and just how fun the game was to play. The Visuals were really top notch, except on some characters or cities too closely viewed. I found stopping many times just to see a beautiful vista, not worrying about anything at all. Sometimes i actually felt i was there and just soaked it all up. The ways you can play the game are varied and easy enough to master that you can experiment from time to time and really get some entertaining results. The Grapple arm in this game is like the one in Bionic Commando, except you can use the arm on anything at all. The story absolutely blows, and i skipped all the cutscenes and didnt feel like i was missing anything. Rico isnt a very developed chracter and does try to be one, but they really couldve tried a little harder to make the story and chracters more interesting that they were(only reason i gave it 4 1/2). I Played this for about 22 Hours, and it felt like a good length. I finished all the missions, but Im leaving it installed so I can go fool around in it whenever. As with most open world games, once you get far in the game you can have stronger firepower and better abilites and unlockables. JC2 rewards you for exploring, cause you can find vehicle, weapon, and health parts that make your chracter better. A really fun game JC2 is, and will keep you entertained for a long time, as there is always something to do on the beautlufl Island of Panau. Too Bad the story sucked, it can be hopefully better in Just Cause 3, and they will have the perfect game no doubt.
    PEACE

A great mix of excellent gameplay and stunning graphics 0

The original Just Cause was a exceptional game let down by a lack of things to do, repetition was the order of the day and while it was fun it also got a little tiresome after a while. The sequel is a huge improvement, now the game involves a lot of blowing things up and general destruction and we all know that never gets old.     Love the View Graphically it's stunning, better than the first which is quite an achievement. The game is DirectX 10 only and as such does not run on...

      Blowing shit up 0

Just cause 2 is everything someone could want from a game that you unlock stuff by blowing shit up. Its a giant sprawling world with just that to do, blow shit up that is. Not to mention how many different collectables there are, from ones that you use to upgrade your weapons or vehicles with to just boxes full of money. That's really the meat of the game there's not much of a apparent story that's very interesting anyway, but that doesn't really matter; because your having to much fun in just t...
