    Nah, i think its an australian only thing. Not 100% certain of that. Either way its just a metal tin that houses an otherwise normal gamecase so... its not a big deal i would have been fine without it.

    Normally, I'd be a little jealous, but I have some homework to do so I kinda need these couple days before the game releases... Speaking of which, I still haven't done any of that homework... And it's 9:44PM... If only I could win a bet against myself and make extra money... I would bet that little, if any, homework will get done tonight. :P

    I would expect them to throw something extra in there besides just having a tin case though, kinda odd.

    well i didnt actually pay any extra for the tin version it was just a bonus for putting in a preorder, it costed the same as the normal edition of the game. 
    I think sony might have made a deal with EB games locally to help stimulate preorders. Cause there wasnt a CE option for the game.

    Yeah, which is kinda nice because lately there seems to be so many collector's or special editions of new games and sometimes you just feel compelled to buy them even if you never really watch/use any of the extra stuff. I just wonder who would be swayed to buy KZ2 for the tin case if they hadn't been interested before...

    Which is why it was pretty good that it wasnt something they said "yeah dude there is this CE that you have to pay extra money for but all it is is this tin case"
    it was just a freebie which was cool i guess lol
    Games pretty awesome so far, the first level of which part is on the demo. Not that great... but it really ramps up once you get into the city, its pretty bad ass so far.

    I went and bought Killzone 2 when it came out also. Unfortunately I will have to be happy reading the back of the box for 2 weeks until I get home to play it.
