Anyone knows if they are making a sequel ? I really like this game, I don't know  if sold well  enough  to  make a sequel. but i hope they do.

It's still to early to tell. I'd like to hope that they make one.

It would be nice to see a second one.  The game sold pretty well too so maybe we will hear some news after Cry On gets closer to completion.

I remember hearing whispers about sequels to both this and Blue Dragon. I wouldn't care too much for a Blue Dragon sequel, but more Lost Odyssey would be fantastic.

Lost Odyssey was too greater of a game not to make a sequel for.

I'd love a Blue Dragon and LO sequel.  Basically they could skip the character building of the first disc in BD and dive right into it.  As far as LO, shit, just make another please!

There is a Blue Dragon game coming out on the DS.  Well it is already out in Japan I beliee and I am not entirely sure if its a sequel or not.  Lost Odyssey I would like to see a sequel of since the game was awesome but I don't know how it can work.  If its like Final Fantasy and its a different story each time then that might work but only that perhaps.

Could happen, but if it does it won't be for another couple of years. It only came out in February. Good game, though.

I loved the first one, wouldn't mind if they made a sequel.

I think it's inevitable. The real question is will this game keep getting sequels for years or will we only get one or two more after the first. I haven't finished it yet, but the story seems well suited for an infinite number of sequels. Each new game could follow the adventures of the main characters from part 1 (assuming they survived part 1) and have them in the same world, or a different world/universe altogether. Or, the sequels could be about an entirely different group of immortals.

I could be wrong though, like I said, haven't finished the first one yet. I keep doing every little thing I can find to do in it. I don't want it to end!

I would love to see a sequel. But I think they are just focusing on the downloadable content right now.

If they can maintain the story telling and style of this one, and not screw it all up.  I would really like to see a sequel.

Well, if there is anything really bad about FF XIII going multiplat and SquareEnix concentrating on Xbox360 it's that Mistwalker will now have a very, very hard time. They will not and cannot compete against Final Fantasy XIII, even though their game would probably be more "Final Fantasy"ish.
If FFXIII was multiplat to begin with, Lost Odyssey would've sold far less.
It's sad, but I think SquareEnix is an obstacle very hard to overcome when we're talking about Lost Odyssey 2.

Loved the first Lost Odyssey, maybe this could be a franchise that keeps te same name but changes all its story just like Final Fantasy games do. Sakaguchi was, after all, the guy who created FF.

On the same note, did you guys check out FF4 for DS ? Looks really awesome (I actually played it).
