Well I had 2 characters one good and one rogue or whatever they called it. My good was a generic Travis while my rogue character was named Dick because well thats pretty much what the rogue option made you into.

Barney. I made my shepard, but he never looked as detailed as the default one. Kinda like a burn victim. Can't believe I just typed that.

I plan to continue the adventures of my female protagonist, Commander Strawberry Shepard.  I like the name "Strawberry" because it's sexy and sweet at the same time.  It's also a bit silly.  I look forward to the day in gaming when whatever name we choose will actually be spoken by the in-game characters.

I don't understand why Bioware keeps this stupid fucking mechanic. We don't care about names. What we really care about is that when someone is referencing my character, that they can actually say my fucking name. Dammit. That shit pisses me off. In Mass Effect it was never that bad, because they could say "Commander Shepard," but in Dragon Age, it was completely fucked. "Who, him?" says a member of my party, while we are in a crowd of 25 people.
 
But I guess I'd name him John, or something simple.

I think I named him Nathan Shepard. And it wasn't in anyway named after Uncharted's protagonist.

Actually legitimately forgot Shepard had a name, other than Shepard.

I don't remember his name when I played on the 360 or PC, but my PS3 one was standard John.

I simply named my Paragon and Renegade after my first and middle name respectively. Makes it a little more personal that way.

Eidolon.

My Shepards are called Sid after my kittycat and Cookie Monster (fuck yea, muppet lore). They are all female. It can go both ways...shut up.
The male Shepard is called Alistair due to it being an awesome name.

I named my Shepard "Denton" because of the guy from Reign of Fire

I kept mine as John, but my brother named his Brown Goat Shepard.

I called her Judy, now I might go with Shepard. Or maybe just the generic name.

Well my male Shepard is simply named Deleth, couldn't come up with something else. (Paragon) My female one is named Eris, after the Greece goddess of strife and discord. (Renegade)

c) and then I have a female one that's either called Astrud or Irulan, for the love of me I can't remember.

These three I've finished the game with, and I have another one which I'm playing through the game right now that's called Assface.
