I am still very skeptical about Mass Effect 3 having any multiplayer component, but I'm not a little less skeptical after having played Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood multiplayer.  It's possible to not be complete garbage and a bit of fun if they just deviate from the standard a bit (or a lot).

I just wish they could of saved the multiplayer stuff till after the Shepard trilogy was finished with.

mass effect 3 multiplayer is not confirmed

I just want an epic single player campaign that is longer than 22 hours (it took me less than a week to finish ME2).

Even if they tack on the worst multiplayer component ever, I won't care. I'll probably just play single player.

Why are people thinking there is a multiplayer? They have not confirmed it at all. Where did these rumors come from?

Whatever, if it's good then it's good. If not we're still getting Mass Effect 3 which is all that matters.

I do not want it to have MP. ME should be a single player series and that is that.

Two things. Multiplayer is NOT confirmed. Multiplayer components in most games aren't mandatory. Stick to the single player game. ?Ignore it (if it's there!)
 
Don't like it? Don't play it. The only reason I would be mad at the inclusion of multiplayer is if it was later revealed that instead of making the single player great, they focused on the multiplayer.

I really doubt there'll be a multiplayer component. There'd be no reason for it. I expect at some point we'll see a multiplayer Mass Effect title, though after Shepard's trilogy is done.

And player choice becomes very hard to do. If its somehow done well it'd be cool though. "

Another reason people believe there will be multiplayer is that Bioware was hiring multiplayer designers for UE3 and since ME is the only game that uses UE3, it's kind of telling. It's possible it could be for a spinoff but it will happen eventually.

I would rather have Mass Effect MMO than multiplayer in ME3. I want to work my way up the Turian military and get my own ship and crew, fun times.

I hope not.

Not confirmed at all and I really doubt it. I mean, come on, think about it! Its not meant to be in the game at all. its a single player experience that really, my guess, will stay that way.  
 
Mass Effect immerses you in the universe, not through some tacked on multiplayer.
