The demo to me from a graphics stand-point didn't look as good as two, but maybe the actual game does. So does the actual game look better than what the demo looked like? Or is it the same? It's not going to affect my purchase, 'cause I'm going to be getting it whenever it's in stock at the local stores around me, but I was just wondering if anyone noticed.

It looks just as good as two. Better, I think. They're just using very different post processing effects. (EDIT: To be clear, it looks the same as the demo as far as I can tell, but the look of the game varies depending on where you are)

The colour palette is much more blue and it feels more like the first game in that regard. The series has always had low poly models and inconsistent texture resolutions.

I think the character models in ME2 looked better, but the environments in ME3 are pretty amazing.

Right... because there is so much precedent for retail releases that have improved graphics over the demos.
