Maybe. Funnily enough, despite the fact that SO many games got pushed back to Q1 2010 (presumably) to avoid the release of MW2, Im actually finding myself so taken with the OTHER releases that opted to stay in this release window that im discernably less excited about MW2 than I was say, this time last month.

As much as I hate Activision I love me some Call of Duty.  So yeah I got it pre-ordered and everything.

Maybe later in the year or early next year, COD never appealed to me much, i played the modern warfare on pc at my uncles which was pretty cool but not enough for me to buy it and didn't like WAW at all.

I'll buy it when the price drops or later in the year.

assassin's creed 2 comes out the same day so forget you call of duty

Overpriced here compared to regular game prices so i'll be waiting until it comes down in price, especially with all the other games out/coming out soon.

Not only I'm not gonna buy it on launch day, I REFUSE to ever buy this game under any circumstances. By buying it, you're just telling Activision that fucking customers up the ass is cool. (and I'm not even a PC gamer)

I just rented CoD4 and beat it like 2 weeks ago.  I'm in absolutely no rush to play MW2.

Not getting it, since I usually play on PC. Just don't see the point.

I think I am going to wait and see what people have to see about the night vision goggles.  If they are "decent" (not sure what decent is really, as I have no experience with night vision products, so I will trust the internet......) I might actually buy that.  So no, not a day 1 buy, especially with many good games out already.
