Ubisoft confirmed to Joystiq that it is a real product but will only be released on a retail disc in EMEA (meaning Europe, Middle East & Africa) Territories. However, it is important to remember that the Playstation 3 is region-free.
As Giantbomb's Brad Nicholson reported: the three HD versions of the games will be released as PSN-only downloads in North America as separate games. The games cost $14.99 each.
Additionally, it will also be available as both a North American Blu-ray disc & PSN digital bundle on March 22nd for $39.99. It was ultimately delayed to April 19th, 2011.
Soundtrack
The soundtracks for Prince of Persia: The Sands of TIme, Prince of Persia: Warrior Within, and Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones were composed by Stuart Chatwood, with some tracks of the second game by Inon Zur. Prince of Persia: The Official Trilogy Soundtrack was released in December 2005, after the original release of the three separate games, but before the HD remaster.
