I used to play games non stop before moving to a new country. Once I did, playing games was the last thing on my mind. Hell, I barely even went here anymore for a couple of years. Don't overthink it too much, you'll be dealing with a huge culture shock and you'll be much busier than at home before you truly settle in. Just bring a decent laptop so you could play something from time to time, you really won't have that much time for it either way.

I think the main reason is that American sports are made up in such a way that the second tier divisions basically do not exist. All the major sports use the second tier basically as strictly their farm system. And then you could potentially be screwed with paying for the salaries. Usually the major leagues have some sort of a cap of money they can pay as well as the minimum amount of money they have to spend. So if, let's say, a team with a player that earns 20 mil per year gets relegated, how will the team be able to cover the contract? What about the additional 60 mil they have tied up to the players? TV deals are where the owners get most of their money and the reason why they can give out ridiculous contracts. If you're relegated to the second division, I really doubt you'd get that ESPN money. I wish there was a relegation system in place, it would prevent teams like 76ers trying to lose for three years straight, but sadly the American sports system is made up in such a way that it's pretty much impossible to change anything about it.

@johncallahan: so Drew is now playing for Iceland? I thought if he ever would play for another country, it would be mother Russia.

@quarters: To be honest, I'd love to watch them try playing it for 8 hours. They were going nuts from playing MPP6 for so long, imagine what would happen if you add a couple more hours! On the other hand, MPP is bad for your health and bladder.

I'd absolutely love it! There are many times when I'm just bored and want to watch something. I go here and try searching for some videos, but I usually go through the more recent ones. It would be nice seeing QL's from like 2+ years ago or so as well. Besides that, could just leave it in the background if I wanted to. I wonder though, how would it work for European viewers? Since I'm in Europe, the time difference might be an issue, which is why I often can't watch anything they do live.

I've had way too many friends who accidentally dropped their phones and cracked their screens to not use a case. The phone looks uglier, heavier and doesn't feel as nice as without a case, but at least I won't have to worry about spending hundreds of dollars to replace screens or phones.

Just another person checking in about some videos not streaming. Tried watching Fortune Street TNT again a few minutes ago, neither streaming nor downloading works. Tried streaming/downloading Mario Party 9 TNT, also the same problem. The new Trackmania video works though. Am using Chrome on my PC.

Holy crap! I haven't seen GB with ads in a very long time. It looks like it got to the point of when Vinny and the crew were doing a QL of the internet during that Euro Truck Simulator 2 QL. That looks absolutely terrible!

Yeah, I'm also having these issues for a long time. I just usually select to watch videos through youtube because of that. If it's a premium video, then I just press on the download button and select the quality. For some reason it runs perfectly fine in the player that opens up through it. But GB really should do something about their player, I've been having problems with it for years now.
