"Because obviously they couldn't possibly make enemies more aggressive (L4D anyone?) if they decided to let you move while shooting..."If you could move while shooting in Resident Evil 5, it would pretty much be Gears of War + Zombies. Thus defeating the purpose. Horror games have to make you feel vulnerable in someway shape or form, and some ways may not work with all games, for Resident Evil 5, the fact that you can't move while aiming/shooting makes you feel vulnerable and it works.
