Currently Playing 2017

This is an evolving list of what games I am currently playing. In the past, I used a "1 game per platform" system where I forced myself to only progress through a single chosen game on a platform until I beat it or I made a conscious decision to stop playing it completely.

In the past few years I sort of neglected that in favour of just a free-for-all as I focused solely on school. With 99% of my time being occupied, I didn't need to juggle, say, games on any consoles when I never was going to sit down and play games on it to begin with ("I can't sit down and play games! I have to work on this paper/assignment/studying/whatever!").

Now that I've convocated, but am unemployed, I have TOO much time on my hands and am paralyzed by the choice of it all. The goal is to, instead of taking 40 minutes going through the 120 games I have for PS4 alone (those years of PS+ and crossbuy with vita meant that library was scary the day I got it), be able to just look at the games here and cut down the time from "hey, I want to play a video game, but which one to play?" down.

It won't be a strict one game per system (as that makes less sense now that we have less and less games on disc/cart), but no more than, say, three. That way it's not so narrow that I don't have choices, but it'll be a helluva lot more productive than staring at my whole backlog.
