@genessee: Man, I loved that game. Such a weird one that was. I would totally be down for a good re-master of Koudelka, despite re-master fatigue. I just really dug the atmosphere and bizarre enemies.
Welcome! Also, this is confirmation that GBWest is getting a giant mech right? GBEast has just been teasing us with the Gerstinator to build build hype?
@hfm: As much as I love this mythos I've actually never tried playing the tabletop games. Are they fairly easy to set up and get going? I usually DM when I play tabletop stuff (honest, mostly just DnD) and I'd love to try out something set in the Cthulu universe.
"The Official Video Game" Sorry, I'm confused (again) is Call of Cthulhu already a thing to license? Like a book or something?
I was under the impression that the Cthulhu Mythos was public domain, but I could be wrong? Then again I don't know much about licensing laws and what not.
I'm definitely going to keep an eye on this. I am a sucker for anything Cthulu related, I just sometimes with they'd add in some other Great Old Ones to the mix, like maybe Nyarlathotep or Yog-Sothoth. Cthulu is definitely awesome, but there are so many other creepy, awesome deities in that universe that it would be cool to see someone branch out.
Awesome show again guys, I really appreciate this podcast and I've definitely missed it while it was gone. I hope this is something that continues on for a long time.
@gameovergreggy You were pretty much the main reason I went to IGN and I was bummed when I first heard you had left, but was very happy to hear it was because you were breaking out on your own. Also one of my happiest moments was hearing about you beating cancer, very glad you're still with us and still as Greg Miller-ass Greg Miller as always. Keep it up dude.
