Games I have completed

No partials, only completely finished from beginning to end and always on the highest difficulty if applicable. I usually though don't collect all 'items' or do things for the sake of 100% completion but instead focus on the main story and side quests (if its an rpg). All games done on PC unless mentioned otherwise.

List items

  • One of the greatest games of all time and certainly one of the best action RPGs of all time. A revolution in isometric hack and slash and despite its perspective one of the most atmospheric games of all time. The Tristram theme remains my favorite game song ever.

  • Expands and improves tremendously on Diablo 1, technically a superior game that adds variety to gameplay with characters and new attacks/spells/skills while still retaining the dark and foreboding atmopshere.

  • A solid expansion to Diablo II. The cinematics and extension of the story from D2 was extremely memorable.

  • The second in the series of the ultimate stealth action game. Jesper Kyd's orchestral scores are a nice change of pace to the more electronic style. Enjoyed the game very much.

  • The best multiplayer game series of all time.

  • Not every quest, just the main story... but still I will continue other quests.

  • Still have to take on the expansions.

  • On 360, will beat PC eventually.

  • On N64 of course.

  • On SNES of course. One of the best fighting games out there.

  • Classic jump scare game. Not as good as the alpha which was more based on horror, but still great.

  • A complete classic. Long grueling but fun campaign. Great freedom of action.

  • Awesome mind bending game.

  • I can't remember if I beat original splinter cell or not.

  • One of if not the best stealth action game ever.

  • Best story in a game ever, puts all Star wars movies to shame.

  • Extremely epic game, Darth Nihilus is my favorite character in the star wars universe.

  • Revolutionary game with respect to super hero games. Rocksteady shows how good they are in this one.

  • On Veteran. A revolutionary space rpg. Bioware shows that you can have a deep story with awesome real time combat.

  • On Insanity with my ME1 import. Finished all loyalty missions, main mission and saved everyone at the end.

This is my favorite game of all time.

  • Sick game, excellent gun fighting, 1 really amazing moment... ending = picard facepalm.

  • Great game, excellent bullet-time.

  • One of the greatest games ever. Production values are through the roof. An absolute pleasure to play. Also beat harley quinn's revenge dlc.

  • Awesome game, incredible detail and artwork in every scene. Also beat bonus level.

  • The best shooting and gun fighting in a game you'll ever find. Pretty length campaign for a shooter! Great game.

  • A game way ahead of its time. Frustrating design at times and definitely dated (I beat it in 2014) but still a landmark game in action platformers. I plan to beat the whole series in sequence.

  • Best western game I've ever played. Worthy successor to the original.

  • A worth successor to one of the best RPGs of all time (Diablo 2). Excellent progression system. They removed boring stat points and instead replaced them with great skills and modifiers for each level that makes levelling exciting. Story was not as great as the originals though and the atmosphere was not as potent or serious. Will beat reaper of souls next. I beat it with a friend on Torment 1.

  • Awesome action RTS game.

  • Great campaign expansion to DOW2.

  • Amazing FPS and mini-sequel to the original action/tech powerhouse FPS Crysis. The explosions really put a smile on my face. AI could have been a bit better, especially with taking cover, but still an amazing game!

  • Incredible action game with the best destruction in any game ever made probably to this day. Getting in a rocket mech and blowing buildings into 1000s of pieces will make you giggle like a crazy school girl.

  • Awesome sequel to the original atmospheric underwater game. Also beat minerva's den and it was an awesome DLC and cool story parallel to the main story.

  • An iconic game and I am sure it was incredible for its time, but I was underwhelmed overall. I think it doesn't hold up super well in 2016. Also the PC port runs quite poorly. Not a bad game at all, just doesn't grab you.

  • Simply put the greatest pure FPS game ever made (at the time I played October 2016). It is just incredible how smooth and satisfying the combat is... and how good this game looks. Its a benchmark for how FPS should be approached. Boss fights were cool but at times frustrating (especially the ending). Played on ultra-violence.

  • Very good game. 3 short but very good campaigns and the totality of the experience is enjoyable. In terms of my preferences I would say it goes Predator > Alien > Marine in terms of how I liked each.

The Predator campaign really makes you feel like the predator from the movies. Initially its challenging but later it becomes much easier in a satisfying way as you get powerful weapons that can start 1 shotting aliens.

Alien campaign: I initially thought I wouldn't like this... play as a brutal zerg like alien? Meh.. I rather shoot them. But I found the gameplay unique and amazing. Being able to crawl quickly on walls and the ceiling in a smooth fashion and then leap off a surface and attack my prey was fantastic. Would have liked some kind of ranged attack though.

Marine: This campaign was ok. Pretty standard stuff and didn't anything that great. Once you get the sniper rifle and shotgun fighting becomes more satisfying for sure.

  • Brutally difficult game in the late stages. Especially the boss fights. Mechanics very similar to Sands of time but Im sure it was great for the time it was released.

  • Incredibly frustrating game. Maybe its just that I've run down my tolerance for the older POP games but the poor design of this game, annoyingly spaced checkpoints and 2 v 1 boss fight made me never want to play POP again. The newer 2008 POP I'm now playing seems way better and less cheap.

  • Awesome finale to one of the best trilogies of all time in games. Probably the best. I played it with all the DLC in place and I have to say I really enjoyed the ending and possibilities you could get with the ending. There is 1 ending that sucks but the rest are awesome (I watched all on youtube). Play this game!

  • Awesome classic military shooter.

  • The most atmospheric game I have ever played (as of 2017 April). Absolutely incredible art work, sound design, character design. A level of polish that is simply unbelievable. Gameplay is also solid and fun. This is one of those rare special games that you cherish and look back on.

  • Awesome additions to the GTA 4 package. I really really enjoyed ballad of gay tony especially which had an awesome style and some really good dance tracks. The Lost dlc is also solid but the ending was a bit anti-climatic. Regardless had lots of fun with both.

  • One of the best action games ever made.

  • Creepy atmospheric brawler. Very clunky but enjoyable.

  • One of the best melee combat systems in a game, but can be frustrating at times with the old game design.

  • Great relaxed shooter. Something you can play while watching a show or youtube. Something where you don't want to think much, just jump in, shoot creatures and enemies then shut it off.

  • Played this in late 2019 and was surprised how well it aged. Gameplay still fun. Physics solid. Really impressive with the gun sound effects which make other games feel like you are using staplers when shooting.

  • Solid zombie shooter with linear narrative. Performance not the best and guns (especially sniping) could be better. But overall short fun experience.

  • One of the most amazing VR games ever. You feel you are playing something from the far future. Puzzles straight forward but fun.

  • Closest thing to 3rd person Diablo you are going to get. Great fun with friends.

  • Episode 1. Awesome starwars VR game that makes you feel you are in the movie.

  • Incredible space VR game. Story driven, all about interactiveness/light puzzles. Would have liked more action but still one of the best VR games I have ever played as of October 2021

  • Wow beat this in 2022 May but it still holds up extremely well. Awesome FPS game, great mechanics and awesome audio. Sad ending... too bad no sequel.
