I can never tell if people with messages like ”I just bought 10 copies of this game to OWN YOU!!” are serious (I assume not, especially when they make a burner account) because if they are and I’d work in marketing, I would suggest to purposefully make threads like this to get people to spend $700 on a video game.

Also can’t tell if that above video is suppose to be a parody or not. Discussions on Twitter aside, I’m pretty sure not one store over here (or anywhere) is going to give a single shit about selling you Hogwarts Legacy, except for the part where you give them money for it.

I've seen people bring up these issues elsewhere for a while now, last time I heard it discussed on one of Nextlander's podcasts. I am still somewhat surprised that Microsoft has kept it on Game Pass with this stuff surfacing up, but I suppose they're treating everything as rumours until some solid evidence is presented or something? Or could there be a legal reason for them to not yank it out of GP?

I was interested at one point, but all this has definitely tampered my expectations. Not that I was ever going to buy it, since it is coming to Game Pass. Hopefully things get cleared up one way or another once the game does come out.

I know there won't be a GB review (because they write those so rarely in general, so easy to skip this one too), but I do wonder if there'll be a Quick Look. Are the higher-ups gonna tell em "We need the clicks!" ?

Unlike Knockout City and Rumbleverse, I don't think I ever heard anyone I know talk about playing CrossfireX, but hey, it's still a game that existed and even somehow had a campaign made by Remedy. I guess it's technically at least making it past the one year anniversary before the plug gets pulled.

If it was the remaster/remake thing that leaked last year, I would maybe be at least a little interested to try it at some point, maybe. Original Goldeneye in 2023 though? No thanks.

Possible remaster aside, I doubt we’re seeing a new one in a long time, since just last year Suckerpunch said that they (or any external studios) are not working on Infamous or Sly Cooper.

I did enjoy Tsushima and will likely play a sequel too, but I wouldn’t mind seeing a new Infamous either. They could probably pull off some really neat powers with PS5.

Not great news to wake up to. My bought-in-advance sub is finally expiring in June and this doesn’t make me feel like continuing it. Might finally have to actually start downloading some of my favourite premium videos to archive away.

I played through the original game in 2017 and thought it was okay, so luckily I haven’t been waiting since 2003, but it’s still a bummer how this whole thing has gone down.

Oh hey, I made this thread. I also didn’t get around to trying this game until now with it being added to PS+ and I *also* felt like I was doing something wrong when I briefly tried it.
