Omigawd, back at it again!

  • Still playing this and it's quite addicting. They got a really strong and quick game loop.

  • My first streamed game of the year.

Interesting remake of the Strider IP and solid gameplay-wise. It does lack the iconic strider SFX, the controls can be a bit sticky around walls, navigation can be annoying between areas, and it does feel like a budget game, it's still very solid for what it is, with some cool boss battles.

The funniest thing about Strider though is that the Bird ability is so good it's basically chating. It does far more damage to bosses than basically anything else and insta-kills most normal enemies. When in doubt, bird it out.

    7.5/10

  • Of course I'm still slamming to this game whenever I get the chance. :)

  • With Pokemon Scarlet & Violet finally out, I figure it's time to catch up with the Pokemon by finally playing Pokemon Sword. I've had sitting on my shelf unplayed for a while now, so I'm making it my first game to play of the year

Still playing and I am very impressed with the new changes they made to the Pokemon formula so far, especially the wild areas. Also, I like Hop; he's a fun rival.

  • Ugh... Link Monsters are here. Still waiting on them to release like half the main Arc-V cast.

  • Played on Hand Eye Stream

What I expected: A nice, chill Photography Game

What I got: Become a Photographer during Evangelion's Third Impact. o_o

Very interesting game. Has some polish issues, but I dig it. Was very surprised to learn what the game was actually about. While I had a few annoyances with the gameplay, which is very janky at points, the overall experience was well worth playing and it's relatively short. I'd recommend it.

  • Played for Hand Eye Stream

A funny tumble down rabbit hole of history and greek mythology in a tale where sisyphus has had enough. Rock Of Ages is quirky and wacky in many funny ways. It does have optimization issues with modern systems, but it's still a nice fun romp as a mix of a type of pinball (kinda) and tower defense. Interested in playing the sequels now.

  • A charming short and sweet visual novel I played an cleared on a Hand Eye stream. It's a very cute game and I enjoyed doing voices for all the characters while streaming it. It is very sweet... Also the game has a real vendetta against Butterscotch ever being happy lol

  • Playing the new DLC

  • Played this a bit last year and playing it once or twice now that it's service is gonna die under a year after launch. It's an interesting concept, but I think it's overall hampered by being part of the YGO IP.

Despite YGO having a lot of games that are odd variants of itself, this smells like this was originally another game, but YGO was slapped on for marketability. It's really difficult to maintain a 4-player mobile game. It's even weirder because none of the cards really work like they do in YGO at all. I do want to praise it for its presentation and really good use of making 3D Models of all the monsters, but the app is so unoptimized that it will either drain your battery or, depending on your device, overheat your phone to the point where it feels like it's about to explode, which is what it felt like on my old phone. It's just very poorly optimized and lost my interest very quickly, despite really good presentation values.

With Duel Links and Master Duel pretty much becoming the definitive mobile versions of YGO, I think this really could have benefitted from being its own separate thing.

  • Playing this every now and then. Still hard as hell.

  • Still playing this.

  • Played this on a Hand Eye Stream. Suprisingly, I accidentally found other people playing this old game online who joined me on stream. Been wanting to find some way to play this game with a full squad for years and it was super enjoyable to finally do so.

  • Halo 2
