I read in a FAQ about this quest, but I think I screwed it far earlier... You know, I kill the Overseer on my way out of vault 101. Is it still possible to access that quest? I now know that it might be the only way for me to get one of the Boobleheads.
Because games based on movies have to be released at the same time as the movie to maximize sales. If you combine that with the fact that the production time for a movie is shorter that the one on a game, you get a game that is scrapped of features and polish at the minimum to fit the schedule, and the results are mediocre at best.
Think about most of the "above average" games based on movies, and you will see that they did not fit the schedule release date.
I remember I read a while ago that, while money from the subscribers (specially gold members) is what keeps XBox Live working, Sony keeps PSN by charging the publishers of the content for the publication on the PSN (and it charges for the downloaded megabytes)... That means, for example, Activision is charged for how many people download the CoD5 demo; and the price is higher the first week or so.
That would explain why many publishers/developers are less thrilled about making demos for the PSN than XBox Live...
