Yes the heartbeat sensor is a capers dream, but I feel that the maps in MW2 have a lot less camping spots than MW. The heartbeat sensor, while it may be the ultimate camping power up when used with a silencer, also comes in very handy when people around you have the perk Scrambler on or you UAV has been disabled. So in a way it helps you when your vision is down, or when you're camping.
But what I'm saying is that Tannis tells you it will open again in another 200 years and you will be able to go in. Maybe there's something in there besides the monster, idk the game doesnt really explain it.
