I bought it because it was on sale and apparently they changed a lot.
So far, even real early on, kinda seems like a chore to play with how quickly everything eats up resources and how long it takes to gather them.
I guess the gameplay loops is that in the coming hours I will upgrade my stuff where I'm not constantly out of fuel or whatnot, but typically games ease you in before you hit the grind wall and with NMS it seems like you're up against that wall from the very start.
I don't want to be negative, but it's getting a bit tiresome to have Quick Looks from GBEast with the person playing explaining how the game works while the other two are goofing around and not listening to the explanations, which makes them ask things that were already explained while they weren't paying attention. The two person format they used to do works way better in most QLs.
Anyway, it's a shame that this game isn't better. I think the idea of an Open World RPG set in the Adventure Time universe done properly could be really neat.
agreed - do not think thats the format they want anymore though, eh its their choice
Hey so look, I really am into the look of Destiny and I really played a lot of Diablo III. I have been poor for like a long time and now me and my wife are both working full time and I'm looking at a PS4 to catch up on games I missed. Is it worth going back to the first Destiny or should I just go for the new one? I've been limping by on a PC for a long while. This just looks cool as hell.
i just started playing destiny 1 again and the game seems dead to me - unless you get a guild i kept trying to find people to play strikes and they just put me in alone :(
I may be mistaken since I did not watch the whole thing. But I wish they used actual characters instead of ghost forms. Find it hard to really care about any characters that appear in this way. Some other games have done the same thing in the past.
Perhaps the writing will be strong enough to work.
