Has the release date been announced yet? All of my MMO time is being taken up by FFXIV since there's really nothing left I want to do in GW2. I'll get the expansion when it comes out though.
I didn't want to say it, but, who? I mean, I'm not well versed in video game companies so I have no idea who they are. What games did they make? Maybe I played some of them.
I seriously doubt they'll localize this for the west. I mean, Monster Hunter Frontier is on the PC (Online Monster Hunter game) and that hasn't been localized out here (as far as I know) so I doubt they'd do it for this game. I'd like to be proven wrong though. I never beat Dragon's Dogma (played on the PS3 and the frame rate just bothered me too much) but I really enjoyed what I played. I especially liked how different enemies would appear at night.
Not much hype on my end. I'm more of an Elder Scrolls fan than I am a Fallout fan. That being said I'm super interested in seeing some gameplay of this.
To the people wondering how long it'll take to complete ALL the story stuff before the expansion hits, I did that not too long ago. I came back a month ago (give or take a few days) and I finished around a week or so ago. Granted, you not only have to factor in how much of the story you need to do (I was somewhere in between the beginning and the halfway point. I was at Toto Rak), what class you're playing (dungeon queues for DPS. Enough said.) and if you need to level up your class instead of having a maxed out class before hand, it might take you longer than it did me or shorter.
If you have to level a class on top of doing the story then it'll definitely take you a little longer since you'll be focusing on that too. But then again you can just run FATEs since those give you a good amount of XP.
