I don't understand how monkey can take over when everyone has guns

Good question, that's going to be a big plot hole to fill. I mean guns, jets, tanks, etc. beat apes anyday.

At first I was gonna bitch and say "We don't need another remake!!" But it's actually a prequel....ok cool.

The subjects in the title, what are some other good podcast/weekly videos besides Bombcast and TNT?

THis trailer is waaaay better than the last one. I hated the last trailer's constant quick cuts because I never knew what was going on.

The best thing they can do is not make a sequel.  I can't understand why people think this game needs a sequel, what would be the purpose?
To improve on Borderlands drastically.
Why not take the things they learned while developing Borderlands and then create a new IP? An actual sequel doesn't seem like it would make much sense.
Why doesn't an actual sequel not make much sense? It's not like they locked out any chance of a sequel through their story, hell there was barely even a story to begin with. There'd be nothing wrong with making a new Borderlands game.

This is done in quite a few mods.
Mods are the reason I only play RPG games on PC.

I agree with not having Bioware there. I just want the same old RPGs that felt like RPGs where the story didn't have to be continued with nonsense DLC. I don't want streamlined shooters with very light and ultimately trivial RPG mechanics. They're just making their games more mainstream and in effect losing my respect. They were once my favorite developer but they've sadly been dropped down many notches.
I never got this? Why hate Bioware for taking out some of their RPG elements that, the RPG elements was never what made Bioware unique. What made them unique was their great story-telling abilities and likable characters that you could care about, and in that department they have never disappointed.

I agree with Bioware, they're ruining their own games by dragging it out and releasing mediocre DLC when chances permit them to deliver groundbreaking expansions.  Create an universe of infinite possibilities -> bring out uninspired DLC.  Fanfiction is trying harder then Bioware with their DLC I dare even say. Lets hope ME3 clears that up...   Wait, I had the same hopes for ME2.
But who cares about some crappy DLC when their core games are still amazing? I could understand if the DLC actually ruined the gaming experience but it barely affects the core game at all, and no one is forcing you to buy it.

From watching the trailer it looks like they're going for a much more darker and serious story that games similar to it like Uncharted. But I find this new Lara Croft much more interesting, if the story continues on this track this might be the first Lara Croft game I will be excited for.
