I feel the food one, especially if it is something new you are trying as I feel it adds to the taste of the food. Having a drink in hot weather is great, but does not carry the same taste enjoyment and also when I get that hot I need an extra drink then it tends to lead to wanting another drink after (as in soft drinks, not alcohol).

Gutted, no other word to describe it.

Thank you for all you have done for this site and it's users, Kerbal Space Program, Hitsmas and many other things truly gave me happiness that will not be forgotten. I hope all of them go on to work or be available from time to time for podcast visits (reasonably of course) so we can still hear from them. Not sure what to say as this really does feel like a huge change.

Predictions:

Smash Brothers reveals a couple of new characters, one from Nintendo IP and one third party.

News about Pokémon Snap and maybe Animal Crossing gets mentioned for anniversary content.

Teaser at the end for Breath of The Wild 2/Metroid 4.

Hopes:

Zelda collection (this will either be Gamecube/Wii games but I would hope for more such as Game Boy/SNES or basically a collection of the highest rated Zelda games. The joker inside me wants them to put the Philips console Zelda game in too).

New Switch - either a Switch Pro/Series X type deal with upgraded hardware or that the Switch will be going to a more energy efficient model and will also be cheaper as a result.

Switch price cut (unlikely given how well they are selling and the current world situation)

Mario Golf was mentioned above and now makes me want to see that.

New IP either from Nintendo or third party studios.

Wildest dreams/Never going to happen but...:

Nintendo has also been out buying studios recently and announces that Microsoft can't buy Konami/Capcom because Nintendo own them. Realistic shot: They could have got Platinum Games bought or signed a deal to make games exclusive for Nintendo hardware.

Goldeneye remake coming to Switch.

That studio that Lucasarts said you would never believe is making a Star Wars game, turns out it is Nintendo and they are making a Rouge Squadron game.

Most or if not all of what I have said should be taken with a pinch of salt, but that is what I would like to see.

@alexw00d: Yeah that is where I am struggling too. A lot of sites are either not listing minimum requirements or just have the Steam page for the requirements.

I noticed that Control Ultimate Edition is on sale on the Xbox store. It has had a significant discount compared to the retail version. I am wondering if this is worth a look if I end up playing it on Xbox One for a while (as the Xbox Series X is not available to buy anywhere and I am debating whether I should get it early on or wait until there is more software/a price cut) so would not get any benefits of a better frame rate/improved graphics that the Series X/PS5 offers.

I enjoyed Alan Wake a lot so would like to see what Remedy have been up to since then, but there was talk of the console versions being rough?

The last Sony F1 game on PS3 was a significant moment for me when seeing it run on a store demo stand. That was the moment where graphics started to look like a live real grand prix.

To give some more details on this, my character is level 22 and has skill points of around 20-30 in ranged gun stats and under 10 in hand to hand combat. The reason they are so low is that I have been dumping all my stats into speech, repair/engineer and stealth/hacking stats as I just want the options open when available for using speech and not guns to solve missions/quests.

This had not been an issue until (spoilers for second planet) I got to the area where the crashed ship comes down after activating the radio beacon. Going across the bridge where the wine factory is and past that I have lost about 40 stim packs and ran out of ammo twice. My AI companions get gunned down fast so I can find myself having a gun battle with one particularly strong creature for maybe 2-3 minutes of me just slowly grinding down its health while dodging and healing myself from its attacks. This was not the case prior to this though as I found clearing enemies not too tough and maybe died 2-3 times prior to this where I have died several more times. End of spoilers.

Hi all,

I have recently got back into playing The Outer Worlds. I am enjoying the game a lot, however, I have noticed in the last hour or so of gameplay that enemies have become much harder to take down and I am running out of ammo fast. I have guns that are over 600dps but I am only causing 4 to 8 damage with a lot of shots. Do I need to dump some serious skill points into ranged combat, or am I just in an area the character is not the right level for?
