I went from a dirtbag twenty-something working in retail and scrounging by with minimum wage in the summer of 2008, when Giant Bomb made its presence known. Where is my Nintendownload X-Press? How else am I supposed to know about what Nooooooo or Cinemax (the other one) and what DTP Young are making for my DS and Wii systems? Who will tell me the latest on My Notebook variants? What other podcast has the most exclusive knowledge on Jam City Roller Girls? That's the best one and I want no one to say otherwise.
I owned the NES Game Atlas one time that I bought with my own money from some large warehouse bookstore, and it was there I was surprised at learning things like Bubble Man from Mega Man 2 was weak to Metal Blade, or how to figure out the Moon level in Ducktales. I still have two novel-sized guides on how to figure out the intricacies of Sim City 2000, from teaching you how to do the simulation maps to understanding how NIMBY works when putting a stadium inside a residential area. It's astoundingly detailed.
Here is where I'm doubtful: American politics are derived nowadays to work hand-in-hand with businesses in mind to generate revenue and assets. We have a president who is a former casino magnate who sold his name on everything, from steaks to education. They'll make it seem like the market should be left to decide and the government should not intervene, to which the market will embrace this concept and roll with it.
You still have to take down all the billionaires, one isn't enough. All of them have to go down. Also, we haven't explored the contexutal nuances of slot car racing.
