How the heck is the Lara name pronunciation even a thing when literally the last several games have had it clearly spoken by characters exactly how its spelled. L-AH-R-AH. It's not complicated at all nor is their any debate to be had. You say Lara or you say it wrong.
I can't believe dan left soldiers out in the open then literally put more in the line of fire and then acted all confused as to how this mission went to poop. Tactics failure 101.
Very disappointed in this game, I haven't seen or heard a single person be anything more than meh towards it and that bums me out something fierce as someone who loved Saints 3 n 4 and Red Faction Guerilla. Wish they'd somehow been able to focus on less characters in a coop centric experience which is what I thought this game would turn out to be. Absolutely baffling its this bloated vague mess exclusively single player. Makes no damn sense how it ended up this way.
I think Abby should at least try playing Bayo as I definitely feel she's perhaps underestimated the games and how they treat the character. I certainly am not fond of seeing female characters used to explicitly pander to the male gaze under a guise of false empowerment but I neeeever got that impression from the Bayo games.
I'd say it's a 95% kind of situation, where the 5% you'll sigh and say really guys did you need to do that? but the rest of the time its all FUCK YEAH KICKING SO MUCH ASS BEING A WITCH BAD ASS AW YEAH. Also helps the games are really really gleefully lovingly stupid and just plain silly.
Wish they'd done this feature with Xcom 2 instead. It's a way better game, especially with the previous content update and the fixes. Plays amazingly good by now. But oh well this'll still be fun to see. Wonder if they'll even live long enough to get the mechs and psy powers.
