It'll be interesting to see how this develops- but I wish sites would try harder to market like Halo 2 did on ilovebees. That was far and away one of the best viral campaigns in recent years.
"Yeah, that's exactly what happened with me and the 360. I didn't click on the E3 ad on the dashboard at first and then it took me forever to have it popup again and then when it did they didn't have much to play. Trailers are fine and all but I'd been seeing them on GameTrailers all day anyway. I didn't expect to get hands on with, say, Gears of War 2, but at least some of the smaller titles that I figured some publishers would've liked to get into the hands of the public in order to generate buzz on a good, under the radar game."
Yeah, sadly this is what E3 has become. I've been trying to convince my friend to download the Too Human demo, because I want to check that out, but that hasn't happened yet.

"Animal crossing is enough"
I like Animal Crossing, but I was hoping Nintendo would've released even the slightest scrap for the "core" audience. I've been longing for another Zelda or Mario announcement, or most importantly, an F-Zero announcement but those all failed to show. To me the entire thing was a flop- sure, GTA on the DS, but we didn't see anything other than its title.
I'd probably head to the Delete and Combine forum as you came across those oddities. For the release issue, I'd probably go with the US naming, but then in the releases area, edit in the Japanese release with its proper name and request the pages merged. As for multiple pages for the same character- that's probably just people not searching and making new pages instead.
While sat in the audience for Nintendo's E3 conference we could feel the anticipation. For whatever reason everyone believed Nintendo was going to show that it hadn't completely forgotten about core gamers. We sat through the painful Shaun White Snowboarding demo and the less than spectacular Animal Crossing: City Folk reveal, always believing that the big news was still to come. It wasn't. When legendary video game creator Shigeru Miyamoto took to the stage playing a saxophone using a Wii Remote in order to demonstrate Wii Music, with Robbie Drums (apparently that's his real name) appearing to be mimicking Animal, the drummer from the Muppets, our Nintendo E3 dream was over.
I would've loved to see more demos- especially because I just had gotten my PS3 back from Sony (first one burned out within the first month). I was hoping for some stuff to actually play in their E3 2008 Tab of the Playstation Store, but alas, it didn't happen.
I think at one time I would've been excited, but at this point I'm just waiting for it. They've been milking that series for so much at this point that a remake is inevitable, regardless of what Square-Enix is claiming. I mean, latest rumors is that it is going to get announced at TGS this year, so we'll see what happens.
Yeah, I've got the same thing going on- I've posted this in the Official Bug List thread as well somewhere and I'm guessing others have. I've noticed it happens when you try to "move" pictures from My Pictures to another gallery, not just with uploading your own.
