@nals: interesting read. i already knew one of the devs was a gamergate fool so i had no real interest in this game but its always good to know more about the history of black folks in medieval europe. people complaining that this is not "about the game" have a very narrow view on games criticism

i just recently started playing mount and blade warband for the first time. im in the middle of a huge single player campaign trying to become queen and its easy to keep up with while listening to other stuff. highly recommend it to people who have any interest in medieval militarily history. might play some as creed black flag too , thats free on uplay right now.

after hearing jeff talk about how much fun he had with it and seeing that first stream where jeff ran over vinny in the buggy i was sold

this game looks like ...bad... real bad . reminds me of one of those asset flip unreal engine games on steam. theres so many rumors that sergey titov (you know of big rigs fame ... and that war z game that got pulled from steam) is involved in this game. cant say for sure but that theres pause for thought.. id wait out on this to see how things pan out.

Bloody Sunday (2000)

Paul Greengrass directed this before the Bourne movies and its kinda incredible, the acting is so authentic. There is liberal use of the greengrass shaky cam that got tiresome by later bourne movies (generally not a fan of shaky cam in action movies) but it fits the chaotic events here pretty well. It's a film about a massacre of civilians at a civil rights march in Ireland in 1972 so its no fun, but its an effective retelling of a seminal event near the begging of the troubles in Northern Ireland.

Don't know how to rate it but i highly recommend it.

if you want to have some real fun . q up for squad with automatching turned off. its scary going up against four people squads solo. but yeah i find it alot of fun solo

i die alot at the start , and i get up to 7-8 some matchs , but on average its one kill per match lol

I just got The Long Dark, started survival mode, did my best, searched for food, didn't know anything, fell and sprained my ankle , got attacked by wolves and eventually succumbed to hypothermia while climbing a mountain looking for shelter , never gave up , kept moving forward. Reminded me of the end of Journey.

Started a new game learned from my mistakes. Found a balaclava, this time ill survive for sure!... probably. It's really enjoyable. Gona go play more.

besides murder island and awful squad the only pubg players' stuff i really watch is jackfrags , he does complitaion videos on youtube and they are fun. but the clips ive seen of people like grimmz and the doc guy they do nothing but complain when they get killed and rile up their fan base to report every time they mess up and get killed, they seem to revel in getting people banned. stream sniping cant really be proven so unless people admit to it i would rather it not be a bannable offence.
