Thanks for the reply everyone, this is really helping out. So far I've made a list of what I plan on getting from the games you have all recommended, the games I've beaten, and the game I own. Before I show the list I just want to comment on a couple of things people have said.

The PS2 wasn't new but it definatley wasn't old and run down so I hope that makes it a little easier for me. I tried every possible disc that a PS2 can play (Silver, blue, black, and DVD's) and they all worked so unless you meant it starts to get read errors as it grows older it's fine right now. The PS2 does get hot (like the back of the 360) but I read around some other forums and they say that that is all normal and they all do that. Nothing to worry about?
Now for the list of game I am going to get. I took a look at every one of these games and checked if they actualy interested me and were worth it so hopefully this all turns out well in the end and I don't make any regret purchases, hehe.

That is the list so far. I hope it's a good list so far and I wish to add on to it so please feel free to keep suggesting games, hehe. Any genre would be fine as long as it's a good game. I haven't added some games to the list because:
Metal Gear Solid series (Not convinced) Jak and Daxter Series (Not convinced) Ratchet and Clank Series (Not convinced) Kingdom hearts 1 and 2 (Beat it) Star wars battlefront (I own #2) GTA Games (Played them all and have IV) Star Ocean (Played the third one. I liked it but wouldn't buy it) Final Fantasy XII (Had it. Got to the last boss and sold it. :() Vagrant Story (Beat it) Resident Evil series (Played most of them and beat half of them)
Hey everyone I just bought a PS2 off of Kijiji and I need a few of your honest opinions if the deal I got was pretty good. For $40 I got a Slim, Silver PS2 with 1 controller and all the cords. Opinions?
Now with that out of the way I would really appreciate it if some people suggested some games that are fun to play on the PS2. I would buy both PS1 or PS2 so anything you find fun or think I would like would be great to hear from you, hehe. I'm really into RPG's and FPS games. I've beat a few Final fantasy 's and other RPG;s for the PS1 and 2 and have played a few FPS games for the PS2 like killzone. I'm also into Strategy games so my mind is pretty open to anything.
I'd really appreciate some suggestionds, hehe.
