Hey guys! I own a Wii, but want a 360 right now if I'm honest. I still have a Mega Drive from my younger SEGA-y days... I like a bit of gaming, though I'm not the most hardcore kind of gamer. I like platforming and adventure genres, with a bit of sim thrown in for good measure. Online gaming is great fun - though single player and multiplayer with friends in the room are both awesome too...
So, you can buy SMB on three systems now (Wii Virtual Console, NES and GBA). How many of those have you / do you own the game on?
Personally, I only have it on my Wii - and hadn't actually played it beforehand, although knew of the games look, style and feel for years before. The fact it's still easily playable for anything between 5 and 50 minutes today is a testiment to the design of the game and Nintendo's innovation. Shame they haven't continued this now...
I guess a lot of you will be from GameSpot, but some of us may be from other places... I came from the Official Nintendo Magazine UK Forums where someone posted a thread about this place... It looks pretty cool!
Lol, surely the best way to act if there aren't any is in a nice, friendly and positive manner - so the site finds its feet and you help the community along. If you act like a knob then they won't be looking at you... First rule of modding: never ask to be a mod... ;)
