The comparisons to Journey and Flower are obvious and I think this nails it and surpasses its inspirations in a variety of ways. It's goddamn amazing.
One of the best Ratchet games except for the parts where it's a movie. It's still really really good.
A supremely solid and well-crafted singleplayer campaign, alongside some great feeling multiplayer.
id made DOOM.
The epilogue is a masterstroke and the game in general is outstanding technically. It's still Uncharted but there's some great open combat encounters.
Blizzard made TF3.
Bruisingly hard but in the best possible way. Bashing your head against the patterns is so much fun. S-ranking Furier is a proud accomplishment.
Severed is fantastically paced with an extremely compelling gameplay loop. The art and sound design expertly evoked reactions out of me.
A well executed Ace Attorney story that makes me really excited to see where the 7th main game goes. The séance mechanic isn't my favourite.
A solid Hitman game with some novel structural ideas. Probably doesn't need to be online-only.
The new levels aren't amazing and it's mostly a compilation but it's still fantastic.
OK sure, Gravity Rush came out in 2012. But the PS4 remaster that I played came out in the west in 2016!
It's way too short but the plot is so ballsy I can't help but love it.
I never really felt wholy engaged in the puzzles I was solving. They're extremely well designed, but never really found the inherent fun you were meant to find. That island sure was pretty though.
A solid rhythm game base with an okay soundtrack. Marred by baffling decisions (the chromatic abberation!).
It's quite short but a cute puzzle game.
