The game got repetitive and the only thing that would have saved it for me was Patrick and Ryan talking more, but they mostly got quiet and were too serious about the game (if that makes any sense). It just ran out of steam and I could give a shit what happens to Lavos now. It's a shame really.

Obama made too many promises during his campaign to actually make them all true in one term but I think things have turned out much better than McCain winning. While that doesn't necessarily excuse anything because the economy is so bad people will naturally hate him no matter what else he does. Bush on the other hand did some good but made many poor decisions that have messed up the economy, damaged America's image in the rest of the world and was not a great public speaker. No matter how much people may hate him, they know that he will get re-elected because republicans don't have a viable candidate. Change takes time, have patience.

I've watched every episode and it can have its ups and downs. There's a lot less crazy banter than the previous endurance runs and it always seems weird to me when they become serious and create strategies for beating certain enemies. Something like gameinformer's super replay of Overblood 2 where they're playing a bad game and completely screw around is more fun than the current endurance run. Not to say I don't like it, but it just feels different. I'll still watch the rest and hopefully shit starts to go crazy ( I've never played Chrono Trigger).

The intent of the Halo:Anniversary Co-op videos is not to inform on the game, they're just fooling around and creating content while having a liitle fun. The interns do create informative videos when big games come out showing how to get secrets or beat a boss and the Free-to-Play has a nice balance of information about the game and fooling around.

Although I will admit, every time I go the youtube page I am greeted with Steve and Daniel singing "Halo, Halo, Haaalllooooo!" which kind of annoys me but its fine. They make great content but they should really update the community page so that people actually know that a video that they produced was released.

Patrick did seem a little off beat during the interview. Of course Ryan knew how to conduct the interview because he has a lot of experience with on video interviews from doing them at E3, Big Live Live Show Live, GDC, PAX, etc. Patrick usually does written interviews and his ability to try to add some jokes and questions showed his inexperience in that field. But he simply just got comfortable with Nolan, like all people do when they are around him because he's just that great, but he started to use language that he would use around friends and Nolan was thrown off because other gaming websites usually act too stiff and don't try to act like the Giantbomb crew does. All he needs is more of these kind of experiences to learn from and his timing and flow will be better.

I appreciate how they continue to show Dexter's progress of trying to become a normal human being and how he must adjust his life in order to not interfere or disrupt his time with his son. With that being said, it doesn't really seem to have the same kind of pull that the other seasons had. Usually I couldn't wait to watch the latest episode but with this season I've been somewhat hesitant to watch with as much excitement. Edward James Olmos had a really sinister feel to his character and was one of the more interesting points in the entire season. As others were, I was disappointed when he was actually dead and revealed Colin Hanks as the killer. I'm not saying he's not a good actor but he fits the lackey role better than being the killer. The engagement storyline between Deb and Quinn has amounted to Quinn acting like shit and instead of using his suspicions of Dexter as in previous seasons, has turned him into a dumb joke of a man. It has not been the greatest season thats for sure but I can only hope that the season finale will bring some sort of ultimatum that Dexter has to face or any kind of major tribulation that would leave it at a cliff hanger like how the final scene of the fourth season was. I think there's two more seasons planned so here's to hoping that the crew step their game up and bring this show to a great season that it deserves.
