I know cloning sounds cool at first glance but there are many things to consider such as over population,i mean look at China and their strict laws on how many babies a couple can have imagine if even 10% of them made clones of themselves and they were just walking around aimlessly.Next imagine if someone like Hitler decided to clone him/her self in case anything happened to them it would be a very tricky situation. Also we do not know what the technology is capable of so doing something like that in a technology's infancy would be pretty reckless.
@DorianGray: Here's why a seemingly ''good'' police officer with a pretty good moral code may take a bribe in certain circumstances it doesn't mean he is a bad perosn he just made a bad descion,a criminal may see a woman being sexually harassed and attempt to stop it.The point is the lines between good and bad are extremly blurred which is what i think Bioware is trying to get accross but that is just how i see it.
I'm going to answer this with a question every other major nation in the world has adopted universal health care so for every one who is against this are you saying you are right and the rest of the world is wrong? Also according to The UN The United States is rated 37th for in the standings for health care around the world and France was number 1.
