@devil240z: I can't even get it to recognize my username and password combination.

I tried to get the premium podcast feed to work in itunes and it keeps saying that I didn't provide the correct username or password. I'm assuming I should use my email because that's what I use to log into the site and I know I'm putting in my password correctly. I even changed my password to something super simple to make sure I didn't type it in incorrectly and no dice. I would love to start listening to some of the premium feeds.

EDIT: For anyone that needs to know. You should use your username, not your email for the username/password combination.

I'm really glad to see GiantBomb finally address this issue. I was getting worried that you guys would remain silent.

@rorie: That didn't work. Still only Chrome will let me log in.

I cannot log in to Giantbomb unless I'm using Chrome. I know it sound bizarre, but I have tested and tried on other browsers and it just won't let me log in. I first noticed this when I got an iPad and I couldn't log in on Safari. I downloaded Chrome for iPad and I suddenly could log in. This isn't really a huge issue for me because I normally use Chrome on my desktop and hardly use subscriber specific stuff on my iPad, but I would like to subscribe to your RSS feeds for video because my internet is much too slow to stream HD at the moment and I miss the that quality. If I could log in using iTunes or some other program I could download the videos automatically and not have to worry about the long buffer times. Has anyone else had this issue and does anyone know a solution?
