@spazed545: Thanks for the support. Sounds like it could possibly be an issue with our CDN.

Care to take a look at this?: http://www.giantbomb.com/profile/szlifier/blog/a-fix-for-crappy-download-speeds-from-giant-bomb/100558/

I checked my ping to v.giantbomb.com and the response seems fine. 75ms average.

As the title says, when I try to watch videos using the HTML5 player in Chrome, it will just stop playing at random spots. The pause can last anywhere from 2-10 seconds to indefinitely. It seems to happen in some videos more than others. For example, The Need for Speed Quicklook played fine for 3/4 of the way through but then I couldn't get it to keep going. Switched to YouTube player and didn't have any issues.

@tennmuerti: Motion blur and film grain. Why are these things in every game now? It looks like shit 100% of the time.

@jslack: I didn't change anything on my end but it appears that the issue has resolved itself for now. I will try disabling extensions next time I experience this bug.

Thanks for looking into it.

@ripelivejam: I doubt Drew and Vinny miss trying to figure out how to produce a show without a sound stage or proper equipment.

It should probably also be noted that I have Adblock and Ghostery extensions installed but I have whitelisted giantbomb.com in ghostery and disabled Adblock.

For the past couple weeks I have been unable to post any comments on videos. I get the followed error: "An Error Occurred When Posting Your Comment."

I've tried switching browsers and computers. I've logged out and logged back in. I've cleared my cookies and cache. I am still unable to comment.

It appears posting on forums still works.
