Huh? In both Destiny 1 & 2 I've always been drowning in free shaders, and have no idea what Brad is talking about here. There is a TINY set of "paid" shaders that are all readily available for free as well. I feel like Destiny has some of the most misunderstood microtransactions of any game, as they have never been intrusive, forced, or predatory in any way, and yet I still hear people talk about them in a negative context. It's so confusing.

I think what Brad is getting at is In Destiny shaders are a RNG drop even for the very basic stuff if you want something specific you have to buy it or wait and hope it drops sometime if ever, whilst in Anthem there are no drops for shaders / decals the basic stuff is just there only the premium quality stuff is what you pay for either with real cash or grind in game currency.

Yup he hates the movement, inventory, says whole thing feels sluggish and was not into it at all. I appreciate Jeff's opinion on this though, there is some truth to the systems maybe being too overbearing, and the movement does look slow even for a rockstar game. That said, GTA movement and gun shtuff has never bothered me, and I love a slow burn.

I can see how the systems could be a little overbearing to some, didn't seem to bad to me though and i like a slow burn also. movement wise i think Rockstar did that on purpose to make the game seem more realistic in a sense, your wearing heavy clothing, walking most of the time on mud, It's not GTA wearing sneakers and sweat pants running on tarmac, If it were the game itself being sluggish i would understand but it's not digital foundry found it to be pretty solid in their testing, I dunno i guess i'll see how it feels tomorrow when i get to play for myself but it seemed perfectly fine to me in the live stream.

What did Brad think?

Brad likes It, although he did say the story hasn't gripped him that much he had much more fun going out into the world and finding stuff to do than following the story.

Sega has only just recently started porting the Yakuza Series to the PC depending on how that goes they may port over Fist of the north star but who knows when that will be.

You can't change this, and it's a real oversight by Sony that they seem to have no interest in fixing.

optical out can't handle HD (PCM uncompressed ) audio in 5 channels or above only stereo it doesn't have the bandwidth, you want it to work correctly cut out the optical to the PC audio interface why your doing that i have no idea, It's not a oversight by Sony or something they should fix your simply trying to use a setup that isn't viable.

I have played the game in full and i was pretty disapointed with it, there was next to no interaction with stuff even with the move controllers whilst with them you could pick more stuff up to look at none of it was of importance or had a impact so pointless using them compared to using the DS4.

It was very linliear many of the doors were locked I thought maybe after you complete the game they would open up or something but nope, The butterfly effect stuff is there but not as many as in Until dawn, the length of the game was pretty short to i was able to finish in a couple of hours and that was with exploring what was abled to be explored.

The only thing i thought was good was one of the paths / endings that tied to Until dawn in a neat way.

Not sure if I want to get this or not, I liked Origins and this seems pretty much the same but not having Wrist blades seems a really poor move How can it be Assassins Creed with no wrist blades, I know the very early parts of Origins didn't have the wrist blades but that was story reasons you eventually got them, but this seems its going to far in the wrong direction.

Parts of this game seem extremely poorly made.

The first had it's issues for sure but it didn't stop it from being a great game.
