I've had this on my iPad using chrome. Also the chromecast icon doesn't appear. Seems to be iOS exclusive as my android device works fine on the network.
Not sure if it's a step up, he becomes a CEO but it's of a club with revenue of 431m compared to EA which is one of the biggest game companies and revenue is 4.3b
The CEO part seems to be the main step up.
As for what a chief exec does, well they have a big hand in negotiations and transfers of players. But he won't need to worry about that as we (Liverpool FC) don't sign anyone these days. He's responsible for expanding the business through commercial deals and we will be looking to expand the stadium further in the next few years so he'll need to make the recent extension profitable and work on the financing for the next stage.
As a Liverpool fan I'm pretty disappointed in this, we needed someone with football knowledge and inside connections. What's Peter Moore going to bring to the table, i know a guy who can change your player rating to 99 on fifa?

Stuttering audio, doesn't start immediately but around 1-2 mins from when I press play. If I pause and start again the audio is fine so i don't think it's the video
I know this isn't the common opinion but I didn't like the decisions made with quiet. From floppy boobs, to naked photosynthetic skin even to the not speaking. That's a personal opinion and it's not the point I'd like to make here.
I'm watching that Stephanie Joosten performance here and within only 10 seconds all those feelings I had during quiet's story come flooding back. Not the bullshit I mentioned above but how great a tale Kojima weaved, there were issues but it doesn't matter because not much in gaming this year has given me that emotional connection in a game.
Kudos to Kojima, he's got some serious skill to get you invested in a character. And when you hear the bullshit Konami was allegedly putting him and his team through it's wonderful they made such a great game. Performance was the best I've seen on new gen so far and while there were some pretty low notes the high notes of that game were supreme. I wish he'd been given more time and money but hey, it's done.
Yes, I rarely watch quicklooks unless I'm doing something else so I can barely watch. I find 30-45 mins is a sweet spot but anything longer I probably wont watch so I rarely watch any
