The three videos I tried were double dragon quick look, this weeks unprofessional friday, and the latest game tapes. In all, the video reset after 9 seconds, and it was like I never started it. Could not get past the nine second mark. I tried in incognito and turned of the Hola extension and it did not work. I set the video quality to low, and now have no issues. I am using the Chrome browser in an Acer Chromebook from 2013. IP 142.165.161.79
Having the same exact issue on my Acer Chromebook. My desktop running Windows 10 on Chrome browser works fine, but not my Chromebook.
"Our new dedicated smart device app will connect to Nintendo Switch and let you invite friends to play online, set play appointments, and chat with friends during online matches in compatible games─all from your smart device."
So I'm paying money to use my phone to talk to my friends? Lol
Also 32gb for storage is weak even if it's expandable. It's a digital world Nintendo, come on...
@takayamasama: Yeah I feel bad for Nintendo but honestly this just looks like a raw deal for the consumer. Picking this up used in a few years with the first party support that wasn't there at launch just seems smart at this point.
I dunno about this launch lineup. Zelda looks great and all but I think I'll wait for Mario. And where the fuck was Monster Hunter?!
For real. Monster Hunter is a blooming franchise in America and is huge in Japan and not to include it feels like a huge misstep. Maybe Capcom is going multiplatform
That was extremely disappointing. I'm so turned off the Switch, especially at launch.
300 is too much for what they've shown and that launch lineup looks really terrible aside from Zelda, which while looks amazing, will be on WiiU. The lack of Pokemon and Monster Hunter, signs that the mobile games on 3DS would make the jump to the new console, is super discouraging. The console should have come out in the fall with actual games and should include those dumb little motion games.
And I'm sure Nintendo's paid internet service will be super rock solid and reliable /s
I went from cautious to a HARD pass until at least this holiday.
(The Street Fighter thing is really really fucking weird)
@starvinggamer: I'm glad that Infiltration is being honest with his feelings towards the game's growth and the Pro Tour. The game didn't take a step forward with Season 2.
Capcom Cup seemed great from a spectators perspective but if the condition for the players sucked then things need to be changed. I agree with the Shoryu nerf being a mistake. It was a problem that already had an answer: block. We're playing a game with some of the most harsh DP punishes and now they require meter? Also they went back on their philosophy of buffing weak characters to the level of the strongest characters instead of nerfing. Overall disappointing changes regardless of my love for the game.
Doesn't help that the online portion of the game needs work and is never talked about.
