    Santana is a mercenary and self-centered loner who scavenges for VA parts to sell in his spare time. He was the leader of the Mars Revolution where he did battle with Shade at some point in the past. He now focuses his attention on bringing down the Earth Corps. He has a reputation as a bit of a narcissist and womanizer. In his ending after saving Arieta from the Earth Corps he gives up being a mercenary and opens a salvage shop with Arieta as his assistant.

    He pilots the RF-004 REPTOS.
