Tattoos are the oldest and most popular (next to piercings) form of body modification. They appear in numerous video games, probably due to their popularity in the real world.

A round generally rubber object used to support and transport motor vehicles. Also used as throwing objects in certain fighting games.
A big stone block used in graveyards to remember the dead. Also popular as Halloween decorations.

Toothpaste is a soft gel that usually comes in tubes and is put on toothbrushes for good oral hygiene by brushing the teeth, etc. How do the fit the toothpaste in?

A gun turret is weapon mount designed to protect the user or mechanisms of a weapon system. The weapon itself is not a turret, but rather the protective housing of the user or mechanisms of the weapon system.
Umbrellas are found in all sorts of games. They appear as items to protect against rain and as weapons, among other uses.

These are usually turned by the player in most cases to stop steam seeping out of a pipe in-order to progress through the level.

Videotapes are objects designed to store audiovisual footage. They are featured prominently in the Tony Hawk franchise.
A vine is a plant that climbs or trails a flexible stem. In video game usage, they are plants that the player can climb or use to swing across something. They are most commonly used in jungle settings.
A type of sign that indicates hazards. Warning Signs are often found around potentially dangerous places, and may communicate via language and/or ideograph.
A portable device that has some sort of a clock worn on one's wrist to tell time.
