    History

    Shingo is an everyday guy who is one of Kyo's biggest fans and joins the King of Fighters after watching it in '96. Initially only an admirer of Kyo, Shingo has been his apprentice since KOFXI where he replaced Chizuru as the third member of the Three Sacred Treasures team. When Iori falls to the Orochi curse at the end of the game Shingo manages to stay conscious unlike Kyo and witnesses Ash Crimson arrive on the scene to steal Iori's powers. Ash leaves Shingo with the message that Kyo will be next.
