I dont know how you can recommend a $700 card over a $500-600 console. Maybe if you already own every other piece of the computer, but you gotta state that. Consoles are nearly always best bang for the buck

Just a note to Alex as someone's who's learning CK3 for the first time:

I think people overstate how useful the tutorial is. What's really helping me is going through the encyclopedia and looking through highlighted comments.

What got the game to click for me is understanding what titles are and how they work. Most everything else you do in the game is in service of getting more titles to get more land and a bigger realm. PartyElite and Italian Spartacus on YouTube have great beginner tutorials specifically about titles.

Also, talking to friends who understand the game can really help as well since you can throw very specific questions their way, like "why does everyone hate my ruler just because he's a nudist cannibal"?

I played KOTOR I and II on a 5.5” TV, like for a kids room, with a built in DVD player, and I think that counts as a less-than-ideal circumstance for playing a game.

It’s just what the Xbox was hooked up to at the time. And in the same room as a more normal sized TV, haha.
